The Habitat ReStore is a retail outlet where quality used and surplus building materials are sold at a fraction of normal prices. Proceeds from The ReStore help local affiliates fund the construction of Habitat houses within the community. Since opening your purchases and donations have provided enough funds to build a home for a local family.

Materials sold by The Habitat ReStore are usually donated from building supply stores, contractors, demolition crews or from individuals who wish to show their support for Habitat.

In addition to raising funds, Our ReStore helps the environment by rechanneling good, usable materials into use.

Donating to the ReStore not only helps you to find a new home for your unwanted items, but also provides us with the inventory we need to resell to the public.

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a 501(c)3 organization. All donations to the ReStore are tax deductible.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Habitat ReStore could not exist without the help of volunteers! Volunteers are needed for a variety of areas and typically work 4-7 hour shifts one or more times a week.

Please join our team of enthusiastic, hard-working volunteers in an effort to benefit the Menominee River Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
