Our goal is to develop and sustain long-term relationships with our volunteers and sponsors. By offering various ways to give, we cultivate partnerships that grow. HFHMR is a 501(c)3 organization. It is quick and easy to donate a car, truck, boat, RV, motorcycle, construction equipment or other vehicle — running or not! Plus, when you donate your car, your vehicle donation may be eligible for tax deduction purposes if you itemize. (Consult the IRS or your tax adviser for details.)

Land Donation:	For our ministry to function properly, land has to be available. Habitat is always looking for land. If you are interested in donating a house or property, please call (906) 779-5377 or email. Spread the word. Tell friends and associates that Habitat will accept vacant land.
Full House Sustaining Sponsorship $65,000:	Ours is a proven program. At Habitat, money is the root of something good. Habitat gives individuals, churches, organizations and companies a chance to use their donation knowing it will make a positive difference in someone’s life. HFHMR is a program that rewards people’s lives in the most fundamental way possible.
Partner Sponsorships $35,000:	Contribute half the sponsorship amount to underwrite the cost of building a home. This contribution pays for half the materials and labor costs associated with building a house.
Room Sponsorship $10,000:	This sponsorship contribution will underwrite the cost of building a bedroom. This contribution pays for the materials associated with building a bedroom.
In-Kind and Building Material:	Many individuals and organizations ask what they could provide in terms of equipment, supplies, and services. Donations of construction materials helps us keep the cost of our homes as affordable as possible. If you are interested in donating supplies or materials, please call (906) 779-5377
Monetary:	Money is essential for the ministry, of investing in others by building affordable houses. You can mail or drop off a monetary donation, you can click here to get our address and see directions to our office.

Planned Giving: As you plan for your future and the security of loved ones, Habitat for Humanity Menominee River has numerous planned giving options that allow you to make a meaningful charitable gift to support the ministry’s homebuilding after your lifetime whether in the form of a bequest, annuity or other planned giving.

Charitable Bequests: Choose From Four Easy Methods Making a bequest to a charitable organization, such as Habitat For Humanity, is not only a sign of benevolence—it is also the mark of your desire to help shape the future. Along with significant tax benefits, you’ll gain a kind of immortality that can’t be achieved any other way. Here are four popular ways to make a difference.

Direct Bequest	An unrestricted gift allows HFH to apply the funds to our most pressing needs. You simply bequeath to us a specific sum of money or other asset. Then our governing board will determine the best use of your bequest.
Percentage or Residue	You may choose to leave HFH a percentage of your estate or the “rest, residue and remainder” of your estate after all other bequests, debts and taxes have been paid. A percentage will compensate for any changes in the value of your estate over time.
Life Income Plan	One such plan, a charitable remainder trust, provides that the trustee hold and invest a principal amount and pay a fixed or variable amount to one or more named beneficiaries for their lifetimes or a term of years. After that, the remainder is distributed to a charitable organization like Habitat For Humanity. Life income plans can provide your estate with tax savings.
Memorial Fund	You can establish a permanent memorial fund in your name or that of another person, with the income to be used as you direct. The principal will be invested and will continue to provide support to the organization in perpetuity.
