The Board includes community members from business, faith and service organizations. All members are volunteers.

They accept responsibility for:

• The financial health of Habitat for Humanity Menominee River
• Establishment and pursuit of the Habitat mission
• Ethical conduct of the organization's leadership and staff

Each Officer and Board member shall hold office for a three year period. No person may be selected to serve more than three successive terms as President or Vice President.
