In the Spring of 2012, Kristy and he nine-year old twins, Riley and Kody, will celebrate the groundbreaking of their new home. They are anxiously waiting for consctruction to start.
Kristy is a native of Norway and attended Norway schools. For a short time she lived in Texas and Florida. She has been working almost full-time at the Holiday Kitchen for the past six years. Kristy also has been attending school part-time pursuing a degree in nursing. Needless to say she is a very busy mom, a waitress, and a student. She and her children attend the Evangelical Covenant Church in Norway.
They are currently living in an older two-story house that is cold and drafty. Kristy is looking forward to having a one-story home that is energy effecient. She is excited to be building her house next door to a good friend who has also been approved for a habitat home.
